Scandium Arms is an official Internationally recognized Defence Procurement company with presence in over 15 countries and is highly skilled in understanding it’s clients needs and operating within strict Defence budgets. Scandium has and continues to offer highly advanced Defence solutions for land, sea and air for over a decade, particularly custom bespoke products. We currently represent over 20 Defence Manufacturers globally.

In 2008, the concept, image and structure of Scandium & Scandium Arms were being created and formed by the founder; Mr. Aiman Awad. In 2009, Scandium Limited and Scandium Arms Limited were established in the United Kingdom as UK Defence procurement companies, trading with the names 'Scandium' and 'Scandium Arms'. Within only a few years, Scandium gained recognition globally and particularly in the MENA region.. Between 2009-2010, Scandium collaborated with a Turkish Defence Company to design and manufacture and sell a unique Military Shotgun.

Scandium focuses on International Procurement for many Governments; typically for the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Interior, supplying the Armed Forces and Police and for other Divisions of Government such as the National Guard. The companies occasionally procured for giant private corporations within the Defence Industry. Offering Air, Land and Sea Defence Solutions become another important aspect and activity of Scandium.

In 2019, Scandium Arms Savunma Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi (Scandium Arms Defence Industry and Trade Limited Company) was established as a fully Turkish Defence Company in Ankara. Despite the Pandemic in 2020, the Company grew and expanded globally at a significant rate. This growth triggered the reason to establish Scandium Holding in the UK together with a Group of Companies; Scandium Arms, Scandium Aviation, Scandium Maritime, Scandium Medical, Scandium Investment. This was successfully created in 2020.

During 2021 and 2022, Scandium Arms Savunma has produced its own series of Military and Police Firearms.

In 2022, Scandium Arms established a branch in Lusaka, Zambia. In 2023 a further office will be established in the United Arab Emirates.
